  • 36 pc. Minimum Quantity for Embroidered and Dye Sublimated patches.
  • 50 pc. Minimum Quantity Woven patches, PVC patches, and other specialized patches.
  • Select Decoration Method: Type of Patch (Dye Sublimated, Embroidered, Woven, Leather, PVC (Rubber)
  • Timeline: Most patches are made overseas and have a minimum 4 week production time, and 2 weeks for application. Your job may take a total of 6 weeks to complete after approval of artwork.
  • You will receive a digital proof prior to production for approval.
  • Upload your logo or artwork and write any special instructions. You may also email your logo or artwork.

The 5 Panel Trucker Snapback Hat (1040) is a constructed cap featuring a stylish and special 5 panel design created by combining the two front panels. The cap also sports a cotton sweatband, stitched eyelets, nylon mesh rear panels, a retro flat bill and is finished with a plastic snapback closure.
