    1. Submit Your Artwork

Order Process and Expected Timelines

Our typical timelines are below. Each job is different and timelines are approximate.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if it is on a hard deadline for delivery.

Embroidery (2-3 Weeks)
Initial sew out image is usually sent 1 week for approval.

Production starts after approval and takes about 2 weeks, depending on order size. Notify us beforehand if a physical sample is needed. Changes cannot be made once production starts.

Patches (3-4 Weeks)
Virtual mock up or sew outs are usually sent for approval within a week of payment. Creation and application take approximately 3-4 weeks, with an additional week for final application.

Screen Printing and Heat Transfer (10-12 Days)
Proofs focusing on position and color are sent before production begins, which usually takes about 10-12 days post-approval.

Private Label (Overseas) (4-8 Weeks)
Timelines for overseas production, including sampling and approval, typically range from 4 to 8 weeks.
