Richardson Custom Hats Decoration Lead Times
1. Please note all lead times are approximate estimates and may vary. For the up to date lead times and estimates, contact us.
2. Lead times are assigned once the art (your custom logo, design, etc.) has been approved.
3. Please allow 1-7 days for order entry and 2-4 days for art lead time once your order has been processed.
4. A confirmation email will be sent with your estimated ship date once the art has been approved.
5. Richardson hats are customized at one of their three manufacturing locations: Oregon, Ohio, and Texas. The manufacturing location may vary and will usually default to the location with the shortest lead times if not specific when order is placed.
