Richardson Woven Patch

Woven patches offer a higher level of detail than embroidered patches and will give your hat a more refined/sleeker look. Woven patches normally use thinner threads compared to embroidered patches and as a result, have a smoother surface and the patches are not as thick.

Simple shape patches can have a merrowed edge or satin stitched edge and are hand stitch applied to the hat.
Complex shape patches have only a satin stitched edge and are heat press applied to the hat.
Minimum Order Quantity: 48 pieces
Maximum Patch Size: 2 1/4" H x 4 1/2" W (the actual size may vary by hat style, patch shape and application method)
