Sublimated patches are ideal for multi-color, complex logos with small details. Sublimated patches are also known as printed patches or heat transfer dye sublimated patches. Sublimated patches are created through a process known as dye sublimation printing. Sublimated patches do not require any thread to be stitched or woven.

Simple patch shapes can have either a merrowed edge or satin stitched edge and are hand stitch applied to the hat.
Complex patch shapes have only a satin stitched edge and are heat press applied to the hat.
Minimum Order Quantity: 48 pieces
Maximum Patch Size: 2 1/4" H x 4 1/2" W (the actual size varies by hat style, patch shape, and application method)
