Richardson Rubber Patch

Richardson uses high quality rubber patches that will give your hat a bold and technical look. Rubber patches are preferred for multi-colored logos with a moderate level of detail. 

  • Rubber patches need to have a moderately simple shape with an outer edge gutter to allow hand stitching the patch to the hat. For complex patch shapes, they can be heat press applied.
  • No more than 3 layers of detail should be stacked on top of the base layer to keep the thickness and weight of rubber patch to a minimum.
  • Minimum Order Quantity: 48 pieces
  • Maximum Patch Size: 2" H x 4" W
