Embroidered patches are a traditional and proven decoration method and in recent years, are a popular and trendy look with headwear buyers. Embroidered patches offer a higher level of detail than direct embroidery or custom embroidery and give your hat a classic look.

  • Simple shape patches can have either a satin stitch edge or a merrowed edge. Simple shape patches are hand stitch applied to the hat. Complex shape patches have only a statin stitch edge and are heat press applied to the hat.
  • Minimum Quantity: 48 pieces
  • Maximum Patch Size: 2 1/4" H x 4 1/2" W - Varies by hat style, patch shape, and application method
