Order Process Information

  • 1. Minimum Quantity for Custom Orders: 24 units
  • 2. Select Decoration Method: Blank (No Decoration), Embroidery, Patch, or Printing. Each product will have multiple listings for the different customization options (blank, embroidery, patch, etc.)
  • 3. For custom orders, upload your logo or artwork and write any special instructions. You may also email your logo or artwork.
  • 4. You will receive a digital proof prior to production for approval.
  • 5. Embroidery rates include up to a 10,000 stitch count. Additional charges may apply for a stitch count greater than 10,000. We will contact you if applicable.
  • 6. Bulk discounts are listed for higher quantity orders and different hat colors may be purchased to meet the minimum order quantity.
  • 7. Please contact our customer service team with any questions and we'll be more than happy to help.
  • 8. For custom patch orders, select patch type: dye sublimated patch, embroidered patch, woven patch, leather patch, or PVC (rubber) patch.
  • 9. Embroidery pricing is listed for flat embroidery. For 3D puff embroidery, additional charges will apply and not all logos can be done with 3D puff embroidery.
