General Shipping Information

Most orders are processed and ship from Los Angeles, California or our warehouses across the United States, typically within 2 to 4 business days for shipment depending on various factors. This is the handling time prior to shipping. Due to elevated order volume and increased demand, some orders may take additional processing time. Any styles or colors on backorder may require additional processing time for orders.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. We offer the below shipping methods.

If a desired shipping option does not show on the checkout page, please contact us for a free shipping quote or help to place your order.

**UPS normally does not ship on Saturdays, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested for an additional fee. 

Tracking

Once your package has shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on the Tracking Number. Please allow a minimum of 1 to 2 business days for tracking to update.

USPS tracking sometimes updates when the package reaches the destination sort center.

Some orders with multiple items and brands are pulled and combined and may take additional time to ship.

Please note:

Selecting a faster service such as 2 Day or 3 Day still requires the standard processing time, unless you have contacted us first and we inform you that your order can be processed for shipment earlier.

Transit delays due to weather, service interruptions, seasonal staff shortages, or any other reason may occur and are out of our control. We will not be responsible for this.

On some orders and destinations, Ground service may reach faster than 2 or 3 day select (UPS or Priority Mail), especially for shipments within the same state or region. We reserve the right to choose the service that will reach fastest by estimates provided by carriers.

We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation. If the carrier scans delivery to the address on the order, and you do not receive it, we will assist in filing a claim and getting a GPS scan verification, however a delivery scan is proof of delivery.

*Google, Bing, and Search Engine Delivery Estimates, Shipping Dates, and "Get It By" Dates*

When searching for products on Google, Bing, or other similar search engines, a "get it by" date, estimated delivery date, or estimated shipping date may be shown or generated by the search engine automatically. We do not have control over the date shown. The date shown or listed by the search engine is absolutely NOT an accurate or up to date representation of when your order will be processed, shipped, or delivered. Please check with us DIRECTLY by contacting us and we'll be more than happy to give you a more accurate estimated shipping date. Processing times and shipping times vary during the year. During holidays, unexpected weather events, manufacturer warehouse delays, etc., there will likely be extended processing times and/or transit/shipping times, which we are not able to control. We will do our best to work with you if you need an order faster, but cannot offer any guarantees for delivery dates, shipping dates, or get it by dates.

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping only offered on select custom orders (custom embroidery, custom patches, custom screen printing, etc).  Discounts, promotions, and coupons cannot be combined with free shipping. For discounted shipping rates and quotes, please email: info@starhatsandembroidery.com. Free shipping exclusions may apply for select brands and items. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Offer excluded for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any islands/territories, and international countries.

3rd Party Customer Shipping Accounts (UPS/FedEx)
On select items/styles/brands and orders over a certain amount, we offer the option to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account. This option costs $0.00 and may show up as "Use Your Own Shipping Method" during check out. This method is not free shipping and UPS or FedEx will bill you directly for the shipping charges. We are not able to estimate the shipping cost for these methods. Please email any shipper account information (shipper/account # and billing zip code) to: info@starhatsandembroidery.com

Notes

Orders may be delayed due to backordered and/or out of stock items. We will contact you via email or phone if this applies. A full refund will be issued for any items shipped short due to backorder. In order to check on any backorders, out of stock, or shortages, please call 818-949-2097 or email: info@starhatsandembroidery.com

For urgent orders, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for delivery within 1 or 2 business days.* (Processing time will still apply and orders may not ship same day.)

International Shipping

Where possible we offer a DDP (Delivery Duty Pre-Paid) service by Asendia (USPS Priority Mail). We can also offer this service by UPS, which means we will pay the delivery duty on your behalf at the time of shipping rather than you paying it upon receipt to the local authorities or the carrier. Please contact us for this option prior to placing your order.

Countries where DDP may be available: Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, UK, Mexico, Canada. Some product exclusions will apply, and the recipient will pay local duty and customs costs. 

Most items shipped internationally are calculated by weight. Add all items to your cart using the ADD TO CART button on the product page.

The total weight will be calculated accordingly.

Please select USPS Priority Mail for Asendia Duty Paid service as your shipping option.

For all services other than DDP and where exclusions to DDP apply, International local postal authorities, UPS / Fedex may charge brokerage and duty fees, which are beyond our control or knowledge. Please check import rules in your country prior to placing your order or contact us.

Inventory
We do our best to maintain updated and accurate inventory, but cannot guarantee that all items, styles, colors, or quantities will be in stock at the time orders are placed. Warehouse inventory is updated electronically, but for select brands, styles, and/or colors which may ship from the manufacturer or be subject to stock on hand, inventory quantities may be limited and inventory listed on the website may not be in real-time. We will notify you if any items ordered are on backorder or out of stock.

Backorders: Due to global supply chain and port delays, some items that show in-stock may go into back-order status. If that happens, we will make efforts to inform you within 1-2 business days. Please contact us for any backorders or out-of-stock items for ETAs and to reserve your inventory.

Minimums
There is no minimum order for most blank purchases. For select styles or colors, which ship from the manufacturer, there may be a minimum order of 12 units per style and color. For custom orders including embroidery, screen printing, and patches, there is a minimum of 24 units. 

Local Pick Up: We allow local pickup from our warehouse by appointment only with a minimum order of $100We do not allow walk-in visitors. All visitors must follow local masking rules.

Local Delivery: We offer local delivery in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange county for $60 flat rate with a minimum order of $100.
